The recording of our community panel event held on October 7th, 2021 is now available for viewing. The panel discussion featured representation from various community organizations to highlight the benefits and anticipated challenges of resettling refugees in Wausau.

New Beginnings for Refugees is a local non-profit organization based in Wausau that supports refugees throughout critical stages of the resettlement process in Central Wisconsin. We strive to complement the work of ECDC, an experienced national resettlement agency, with an office in Wausau.

 

They have no place to call home, but we can create a community of love and respect for one another.
