FURNITURE DONATIONS

Thanks to the community’s generosity, we have been able to furnish homes for over 125 refugee households in Wausau in the past three years!

As of December 2024, we are fully stocked with furniture and are no longer accepting furniture donations. We will publish any future donation dates when they are needed.

As always, we are grateful for monetary gifts to support our operations and ELL programming.

New Beginnings for Refugees is a local organization that supports refugees in the Wausau, Wisconsin area.

We supplement and complement the work of ECDC, a national resettlement agency with an office in Wausau.

New Beginnings is a component fund of the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin.

They lost their homes and communities, but we can create a city of hope and new beginnings with one another.
